A class action lawsuit has been filed against the Kerr-McGee Corp., Avoca, and the T.P. Corp. on behalf of 4,000 people who live near or worked at Kerr-McGee and the T.P. Corp. The suit alleges that the release of hazardous chemicals from the defendants' wood and fabric treatment plants caused life-threatening health ailments such as skin, liver and lung cancer, asthma, leukemia, myeloma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

I lived in Avoca , PA from 1975 - 1986 off of Main Street. I was never contacted about this Law suit and I have health related problems as does my sister. How do I get entered into this settlement?

I've lived in and around Avoca my entire life. I suffer from migraines everyday there's not one day that goes by that I don't have a migraine or some type of headache. I was diagnosed very young with asthma now that turned into COPD. I can't even breathe and it sucks. I need a breathing machine and three different inhalers to help me. please contact me if there's anything that you can do. Thank you so much

theres been one payout whats the holdup on all the others we were told payout would be end of october what is the truth. people are very agitated
