Santa Clara, CA: A food poisoning class action lawsuit has been filed against defendants against Genki Sushi, Koha Foods and Sea Port Products in Hawaii following an outbreak of Hepatitis A.
The lawsuit seeks to represent anyone who ate or drank at restaurants (and other outlets where food may be purchased and consumed), where employees were involved in the preparation and sale of food, and who, on the recommendations of public health officials or other medical personnel, got a Hepatitis A vaccination to prevent HAV infection.
