A class action lawsuit has been filed against GoodTimes Entertainment on behalf of California consumers. The suit was filed in regards to the company's practice of sending customers unsolicited goods and services, and then billing them for this unordered merchandise. GoodTimes, which sells weight loss and exercise videos, cooking pans and other products through informercials, has also been named defendant in a general suit filed by the New Jersey attorney general. Also named in the California class action is Quadrangle Capital Partners, LP, which recently acquired GoodTimes.
