A class action lawsuit has been certified against Fulton Homes on behalf of Arizona homeowners in Fulton Homes' Cayman Square, and Brown Family Communities' Kristin Manor. The defendants filed the suit against the company who built their homes, claiming that the homes are moving as a result of expansive soils, and that there has been extensive water damage due to the fact that the homes have leaky windows and doors. There could be more than 300 homes affected by the litigation. (Jun-09-03)
