Members of a previous class action against the manufacturers of fen-phen, American Home Products, are now suing the lawyers who won them the case. The 36 plaintiffs are claiming accounting malpractice for the distribution of the previous $200 million settlement. Apparently, $18 million was given to the Kentucky Fund for Healthy living without the plaintiffs knowledge or approval. (Jan-29-05)

I needed to nave mitral valve repair after taking fen-phen. I continue to have serious cardiac issues. Thanks for your consideration.
