Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Evesham Township and its Planning and Zoning boards by Pennsylvania developer Opus East, LLC on behalf of developers. The suit alleges that the township's developers fee ordinance, which charges mandatory fees for an affordable-housing fund, is invalid. The suit seeks to force the township to refund all fees that have been collected from the developers.
