Inc. (Nasdaq: DCEL) ("Dobson") for the class period from May 19, 2003 through
August 9, 2004.

The action charges that defendants violated the federal securities laws by issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements to the market throughout the Class Period which statements had the effect of artificially inflating the market price of the Company's securities.
The lawsuit alleges, in part, that Dobson concealed a significant decrease in roaming revenues, the single largest contributor to Dobson's revenues, thereby causing the Company's stock to trade at artificially inflated levels.
