Denny's Restaurant unpaid wage

The class action is suing the owners of the restaurant, C&L Diners LLS, for unpaid and underpaid wages. Connecticut laws allow restaurants to pay employees under minimum wage when expected to earn gratuities. There are over 100 past and present employees claiming they preformed jobs where tips were not earned but got paid under minimum wage. (Mar-05-03)
