A class action lawsuit against Dell Financial Services and CIT claims the world's largest online computer systems company refused to provide credit to some applicants based on their ethnic backgrounds. The suit alleges that Dell would not extend credit to an applicant because of their accent and background. It would not guarantee an application if a non-English speaker could not understand the terms and conditions of a lease.
