A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of up to 40,000 plaintiffs against Covington Pike Toyota, and its owner UnitedAuto Group. The suit alleges that the dealership violated the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act by adding percentage points to interest rates for cars financed through the dealership, without the consumer's knowledge.
