Class action certification is being sought in a sexual harassment and discrimination suit filed against Combined Insurance Co. of America, a subsidiary of Aon. To date there are 128 current and former female employees who are listed in the action, which claims that Combined was a "male-dominated institution that allowed discrimination and harassment to run unchecked." The suit claims that the company lacked female managers, that there were recurrent attacks and harassment at every level, and one plaintiff has even alleged that she was raped following a company meeting.
