Robert and Renae Bafus have filed a class action lawsuit against Coldwell Banker Aspen Realty for allegedly violating federal and state antitrust laws. Coldwell allegedly forced land purchasers to use one of the subdivision's preferred contractors and charged a 6% commission on the lot plus an additional 6% on the sale of the house.
