CKE Restaurants.
A class action lawsuit has been filed against CKE Restaurants on behalf of more than 1,000 employees who claim they have not been compensated for vacation pay. The company, which operates the Carl's Jr. and La Salsa restaurant chains, has been charged with failing to pay employees who worked in the CKE's administrative offices and supply depots in Anaheim, Manteca and Santa Barbara for unused vacation time which is a violation of California law. The suit is seeking payment for the unused vacation time, as well as an amendment to CKE's existing vacation policy.
