A class action lawsuit has been filed against Caesars Entertainment, owners of the Las Vegas Flamingo Hotel, on behalf of hundreds of people who were infected with the foodborne illnesses Norovirus. The suit alleges that the hotel failed to take reasonable measures to prevent the further spread of illness among its patrons and guests. According to the complaint, two-thirds of those who were infected were hotel workers which suggests that the Flamingo did not have a policy for keeping ill workers at home.
