Carrier Access Corporation NASD: CACSE

A securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock and other securities of Carrier Access Corporation (Nasdaq:CACSE) ("Carrier Access" or the "Company") between October 21, 2003, and May 20, 2005, inclusive (the "Class Period").
