Carwash owners Benny and Nisan Pirian are facing a class action lawsuit brought by 250 carwash workers claiming they were not paid minimum wage, were not paid overtime pay, they were denied meal and rest breaks and other labor law violations.
The defendants four carwashes, Vermont Hand Wash, Celebrity Car Wash, Hollywood Car Wash and Five Star Car Wash, have been previously cited for labor law violations, and despite numerous warnings, the brothers continue to flout the law.
