A massive class action suit is after Canadian cell phone companies such as Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, and Telus Mobility. The suit claims misleading advertising and price fixing by charging system access fees. The Canadian Competition Bureau is currently investigating consumer complaints. (Mar-05-05)
