A class action lawsuit has been filed against Caltrans, San Bernardino Associated Governments and the city of Rancho Cucamonga, California on behalf of residents of Rancho Cucamonga who claim that the noise generated by the 210 Freeway extension is unbearably high. The class will include any residents who live within a mile of the extension.
