Class action status has been granted to a lawsuit filed against the Bank of America on behalf of approximately 200 current and former Bank of America employees across the United States. The suit alleges that the defendant denied employees in the Banking Control Center Review Department overtime pay between September 2002 and July 2003 by misclassifying them as exempt from receiving overtime.
