The lawsuit claims ANB Financial NA directors Charles Brannan, Eric Brown, Harry Brown, Dan Dykema, Blake Evans, Vick Evans and Deborah Jackson negligently managed the bank's assets and failed to exercise prudence in their banking practices.
Allegedly, an unreasonable 75 percent of ANB's loans were in the area of construction and development, which has led to ANB's closure, and has resulted in incredible monetary loss to its customers.
ANB had more than $39.2 million dollars in uninsured deposits in 647 accounts when it was closed.
