A class action lawsuit has been filed against Abercrombie & Fitch, alleging that the company discriminates against Latino, Asian American and African American applicants and employees. The suit was filed on behalf of nine adults allege that they were either refused jobs or terminated based on their race or ethnicity. The suit further alleges that the company cultivates an all-white 'A&F Look,' and faults employees of other ethnicities for failing to conform to this look.
