A class action has been filed on behalf of consumer purchasers of Palm M130 Handheld PDAs. This consumer class action was filed on August 22, 2002 in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Santa Clara. The Complaint alleges that these M130 PDAs, which were promoted by Palm as having "Bright Color, Great Reliability with Support for More than 65,000 Colors," actually support far fewer colors than that. Palm began marketing and selling the M130 PDA in March 2002.
This case is being brought on behalf of purchasers of the M130, irrespective of the entity from whom it was purchased.
