I sustained an injury on the workplace in 2012. State Farm carried the workers comp. policy. Since day one of my injuries they denied treatment and acknowledgement of my accident. 3 years after my accident I finally received my first surgery. After 2 federal court hearings ruling on my behalf State Farm still is playing the denial game. 40% of their denials equals millions of profits for their company. (Insurance journal shows a 7 billion profits in 2016). I survived a state of war in Afghanistan 2011 but State Farm has been a worse experience. Simply put, they have destroyed me and a family of five!

I had a house fire on July 20 2015. I am still residing in a hotel due to claim adjuster being in collusion with contractor in an attempt to under pay claim and it seems that adjuster may be getting kick back as well. Lies throughout process, came to adjust claim and brought another adjuster with him and played good cop bad cop and spoke to me in an accusatiry manner. Lost items thst were suppose to ve restored due to length of time adjuster took to do content claim. This was due to him meeting with contractor attempting to slip repair work claim through because the contrnts claim was massive due to severe smoke and soot damage. When collusion was discovered blaim adjuster was told that contractor was going to be fired. However I was not going to take ant action until speaking with council. Howdver adjuster told contractor, who use to work for State Farm and out of malice contractor broke into home and damaged home intentionally. Contractor then placed fraudulent lien on home for entire amount he would have earned. During time period which another contractor was sought adjuster continually harassed me about living expenses. He then cut off living expenses until name of nee contractor was given to him. However when rewuesting permission to contzct contractor I denied him permission and rewuested information he sought from contractor. However he contacted contractor snyway and continued to do so reducing new estimate which was $40,000 higher then original and still under paid claim and did not do what is needed in the home such as drywall replacement. Instead he sent payment fir new contractor leaving out other repairwork and a separate check in the full amount first contractor was fraidulently trying to get for work not completed. I never sent him any information nor dud I request payment for contractor. Adjuster is attempting to pay contractor for work he did not do and for work not done correctly. Prior to this in 2011 I put in a vlaim for sinkhole damages. Areas I pointed out ti State Farm were rebuffed with a thin excuse and niit tested . State Farm claimed none of the damages were sink hole related. However State Farm had to pay sink hile claims to neighbor in either side of me, both neighbors directly behind my home and across the street. I happen to be the only single woman with a claim. State Farm then more then doubled my premiums taking it to over $7500 a year unless I dropped sinkhole coverage. My driveway is now literally breaking up and slughtly rising where cracks have appearred. State Farm also lost a court case in which they hiked up someone's premiums in the same manner fhat they did mine.

I was hit by a State Farm driver who admitted fault at the scene of the accident. It is on the police statement he admitted fault & they have both our recorded statements yet State Farm is still refusing to pay for the damage to my car. The visible damage alone is over $5,000 not including damage to under carriage, which they couldn't get to. I have twins who have been in the NICU for almost 4 months now & on the night of the accident, I was on my way to the hospital because they were transferring one of them to Children's hospital for emergency surgery. I live an hour from the hospitals in which they are at & driving that far with a car that has an incredibly damaged hood & bumper is not safe. Not to mention I can barely see over the hood with the way it's warped now nor can I have my car maintenanced because they said if they open my hood, it will never shut back.
